How much is the rental fee?

$225 per day with a $200 deposit, paid in advance to hold your spot. No hourly rentals.

What do you specialize in?

Private and business events; Wedding Receptions, Celebration of Life, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Graduation Parties, Dance Parties, and everything else.

How late can we use the facility?

We are located in a residential neighborhood in Asotin County. County quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM and are enforced by the Sherriff's office.

Is drinking alcohol permitted?

Alcohol consumption by persons over the age of 21 is permitted. You may be held liable if a person leaving your event in a state of intoxication causes damage or harm elsewhere.

Are you licensed and insured?

You (the primary renter) are required to provide proof of liability insurance through your homeowner's or renters insurance policy. The club does not provide liability insurance for your event.

What are your terms and conditions?

Your deposit and rental fee must be paid in advance, by personal check or bank check to hold your reservation. Any event that is canceled less than 14 days prior to your scheduled event will forfeit the cleaning and security deposit of $200.

What is the capacity of your building?

The fire marshal has set a maximum capacity of 96 persons.
